We are happy to be offering an upcoming Yoga and Silence Retreat with shakti mhi from June 24 - June 30 2008 at the breathtaking Sea to Sky Retreat Centre near Whistler.
This springs yoga and silence retreat will be held from June 24 - June 30 at the breathtaking Sea to Sky Retreat Centre near Whistler. For the first 3 days, enjoy yoga and mediation, intermixed with educational seminars and spiritual discourse. The last 4 days will be in silence, combining meditation and mindfulness with the peace and serenity of the natural environment.
The below cost includes full board and accommodations for the duration of the retreat.
