Writer/reporter needed for urban music site (volunteer) Price: Commission and Bonuses

I operate an online urban music site: www.mariajackson.ca So far the site has been focused primarily on West Indian music but I would like to extend my coverage to include urban music on a whole. Because the magazine has been around for the past couple of years we have established relationships with promoters in different parts of the world meaning that my reporters are usually welcomed and encouraged to cover the different events.
What I am looking for are:
Writers/reporters who first and foremost would like to be involved in this business. People who are willing to prepare interesting, informative stories for the site and deliver them in a timely manner.
Writers/reporters has to submit at least one story with photos (photos can be taken from the internet they do not have to be originals) every week
Gossips or hearsays will not be accepted
Writers/reporters must have access to the internet, windows messenger and an active phone line
We need writers/reporters from different parts of the world so if you are interested, it doesn’t matter where you are located, we need you!
