I am looking for a one bedroom suite for rent in the vancouver or Burnaby area that is near shopping and buses/skytrain, for I do not drive.
I am also looking for a one bedroom pet friendly place that would allow one small cat whom I had for 7 years,and who needs to reside with me due to my health issues.
The place I am looking for should be in $600 rent range which would include the following:
1.heat
2.electricity
3.cable/internet
and Laundry
I am on disability but am a quiet non smoker who gives no parties. I can also give references as well if requested.
I am moving due to the place I have been living in after 12 years that was bought for me, despite my having put money into it, is being put up for sale,by the landlord of the place who is my mother, who wants to kick her disabled daughter out, so she can finance her many holidays she wants to go to,while her disabled daughter ends up being homeless out in the streets.
I Will also do erands or babysit your school aged child in exchange for cheaper rent as well.
I am in need of a place by June 30th 2008 or before June 1/2008
