We have two rooms in the 1st level of our home (no basement) that is available for homestay or anyone who is looking for short term stay. The suite is self contained with a separate entrance, living room, bathroom, kitchen only shared with your roommate. Our home is in a central location - literally just steps away from the bus stop and minutes to the skytrain. Commuting to downtown Vancouver and SFU area takes only minutes. We are also close to restaurants, banks, groceries, and everything you really need. =0)
Rent includes the following:
* private locked bedroom - move in ready (sheets, desk, TV, etc...)

Smaller room is $550 with $200 damage deposit (returned to you on your last day)
