Site Supervisor
Paladin Security Group Ltd., is currently seeking a qualified Site-Supervisor responsible for supporting, mentoring, supervising our security officers assigned to a high-profile account. The successful candidate must be able to make proper business decisions under various security related situations as well as provide excellent customer service.
Duties:
-Ensure all of our staff on site understand the site orders and are fulfilling our client’s obligations
-Assist the Client Service Manager (CSM) with the monitoring of reports and Incident Reports and take appropriate action as instructed by the CSM
- The Site Supervisor is also required to conduct monthly fire education sessions such as in-services and/or fire drills under the direction of the CSM.
-Supervise and assist all regular Officers with responsibilities delegated to them.
-Ensure all forms, training manuals and orientations are completed, and all policies given out by the Client Service Manager are signed and directed in an appropriate manner.
-Conduct regular Panic Alarm System tests with out fail, maintain records, and prepare incident reports and other safety and security incident documentation.
-Responsible for maintaining site scheduling and shift coverage
- The site-supervisor shall discipline any and all staff who are not adhering to general or dress code policies and procedures- Inform staff of memorandi, schedule changes, and processing vacation requests.
-Performing regular Site inspections and addressing necessary calls on and off duty.
-Conduct regular information sessions as directed by the CSM
-Handle any issues brought forth by the Client Service Manager and communicate with staff members
-Ensure all uniforms are given to the employees as needed and collected at the time of termination of employment.
-Perform other duties as required and/or requested.

Skills/Qualifications Required:
- BST 1 and 2 are an asset
- Skills to deal with challenges and communicate effectively
- Must be physically able to walk 18 – 20 km/day
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts (evenings/weekends/days)
- Ability to write comprehensive reports and maintain proper records
- Ability to make quick decisions in emergency response situations with minimal supervision
- Carry out written and verbal instructions
- Ability to handle private and information with a high amount of discretion
- Must be bondable
- Basic knowledge of security procedures, handling violent behaviors, and non-defensive communication
- High School Diploma
- Must be 19 years of age
